Participants in our training receive the following materials:

- Comprehensive Workplace Mediation Workbook: A detailed workbook designed to guide participants through workplace mediation scenarios.
- Mediation Practice Manuals: Practical manuals providing step-by-step instructions and best practices for mediators.
- Mediation DVDs: Visual aids that demonstrate mediation techniques and real-life case studies.
- Folder with Mediation Practice Material and Notes: A collection of practice materials and notes to support learning and application.
Pre-Workshop Reading
In advance of the workshop, participants are encouraged to read:
- Mediation: A Practice Guide for Mediators, Lawyers, and Other Professionals by David A. Hoffman (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, 2013)
- The Mediation Process by Christopher W. Moore (Updated and Revised Third Edition)
Additionally, many other books are available in our first and only mediation library in Africa. After registration, participants have free access to the library even before the training begins.
